ProtSynq accepts standard PDB format files (crystallographic or cryo-EM structures) and AlphaFold2 / ESMFold model outputs. Structures with missing loops or poor electron density in critical regions may yield lower-confidence predictions; ProtSynq flags these explicitly in the output.
Single-chain stability scanning works in all tiers. Binding ΔΔG predictions for complexes (e.g., antibody–antigen, enzyme–inhibitor) are available in Research and Institutional tiers. Submit the complex PDB and select "binding interface mode."
No. Uploaded structures are processed in isolated compute environments, not stored beyond the job duration, and never used for model retraining without explicit written consent. See our Privacy Policy for the full data retention terms.
The Institutional tier includes REST API access with per-user authentication tokens. You can submit PDB files, poll job status, and retrieve results programmatically. API documentation is available after account provisioning. We provide Python and R client examples.
